CANCELLATIONS:
100% refund if booking is cancelled 90 days or more before scheduled arrival date
75% refund (of the value of the reservation) if booking is cancelled less than 90 days but more than 30 days before scheduled arrival date
50% refund (of the value of the reservation) if booking is cancelled 30 days or less before scheduled arrival date
